HORRIBLE SERVICE

When we the paying customers call we want somebody that we can understand and they can understand us.

Didnt get promised coupon

I filled out a survey with the promise of a 2$ off coupon. When I received the email to print the coupon, I got a message I exceeded the print limit but I NEVER was able to print the coupon. I sent emails every day for a week explaining the problem but never got a new email with a chance to print the coupon

User's recommendation: this company doesnt allow you to print promised coupons.
